Henry Helstoski (b. Mar. 21, 1925, Wallington, N.J.-d. Dec. 16, 1999, Wayne, N.J.), representative from New Jersey, served in the United States Army Air Corps as instructor and radio technician from 1943 to 1945. He attended Paterson State College and graduated from Montclair State Teachers College with a B.A. in 1947, and a M.A. in 1949.
