Letters and copies of letters to various Louisiana political figures from Jeff B. Snyder announcing his retirement as district attorney of the Sixth Judicial District of Louisiana. Included are replies of Louisiana Governor Earl K. Long, Secretary of State Wade O. Martin, Judge Frank Voelker, and others, who acknowledge the receipt of Snyder's letter and offer congratulations. Also appearing with the letters are a memorandum concerning state regulations and rules pertaining to the retirement of district attorneys.
