Short introduction in French, followed by several pages of signatures by various Polish émigrés. Bound in brown leather with gilt lettering. Includes newspaper clipping and photocopy of the cover of the manuscript.

Marie Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier, marquis de Lafayette was born at Chavaniac, Auvergne, in 1757, to an old, illustrious family of the provincial and military nobility.
