Quaker Lewis family of Ohio and Iowa. Dr. Enoch Lewis (1838-1904) was the son of Jehu and Hannah Foulke Lewis. His brother was Dr. Jehu Lewis (1842-1878). Enoch married Rebecca Green (d. 1922). Their children included Mary H. Lewis (1869-1934) and Alice Lewis (1872-1964) who m. William L.
