Albuquerque construction sites album [picture]. 1919-1923.

The majority of the photos in this collection are images of the Santa Fe Railway Machine Shop construction. Some images also show other Santa Fe Railway buildings in Albuquerque, including the Blacksmith's Shop, the Roundhouse, the Flue Shop, and the Cab Paint Shop. Images of the Fire Department House and construction of the addition to the Fred Harvey House (the Alvarado Hotel) are also included. There are also a few photos of Bear Canyon, Tijeras Canyon, Santa Fe, La Bajada hill, Isleta Pueblo, aerial views of downtown Albuquerque, including the Railway complex, and the University of New Mexico. In addition to these photos of Albuquerque construction, landscape, and buildings, the album is interspersed with family snapshots of people identified by first name only.
