The Association for the Care of Friends Meeting House Property at Lower New Garden was organized in 1914 under the oversight of New Garden Monthly Meeting (Orthodox). Its first annual meeting was held in 1916. In 1955, when the monthly meeting merged with West Grove Monthly Meeting, the Association began to report annually to West Grove Monthly Meeting.
