[Letter to] Citoyens / P. Manuel. [between 1792-1793]

Manuel writes to members of the French National Convention (Sep. 1792) requesting that a woman be allowed to return (to Paris?) where her home was destroyed. The letter was likely written between 1792 Sep. 20 and 1793 Jan., as Manuel signs the letter as a deputy; he resigned from the Convention in Jan. 1793.
