Each table records sales from a particular geographic area [and] provides: name of purchaser, date, lots (sometimes). (..It is not known what letter "S" refers to. "T"= township. "R"= range), acreage, purchase price, volume and page in Holland Land Company Deed books (using a volume numbering system no longer used), volume and page in "Mortgage Book" (not identified), and occasional notes on a particular transaction. Volumes are labelled with letters (not explained but may refer to geographic areas. [ALB-12].
