Nine autograph letters signed and one item on the Warburton family. Includes Warburton pedigree, compiled ca. 1825. In a letter to Hurd, September 24, 1755, (4), Warburton refers to the failure of John [?] Knapton, the bookseller. In another, September 23, 1769, (5), he comments on the Jubilee and Garrick's portentous ode with its one line of truth, calling Shakespeare "the God of our Idolatry." Correspondents and item numbers: Thomas Cadell (1), Philip Doddridge (2-3), Richard Hurd (4-5), William Mason (6), C. Nevile (7), his uncle Ralph Allen [?] (8), and another (9).
