The scrapbook contains photographs of events held in Brush, Greeley and Colorado Springs, Colo. (1938-1946); newspaper articles about races held at Lakeside Speedway, Lakeside, Colo., Pikes Peak Speedway, Colorado Springs, Colo. and Speedway Park, Ft. Collins, Colo. (1947); Lakeside Speedway racing programs (1947). Some of the individuals in the photographs have been identified: Danny Woods, Burton Spickler, Miles Spickler, Leon Hawks, Bert McNeese, Connie Tolan and Pete Headrick.
