This collection (gathered in the 1980s) comprises several acquisitions, and consists primarily of correspondence to and among members of the Pease, Norton, and Philleo families of Suffield, Connecticut. Writings, by Elizabeth Pease (Norton) Philleo and Emily L. Norton, are also included. Several groups of letters were sent by friends to the women of the family and from members of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Folders are arranged numerically by the original accession number.
