Minard companies account books, 1824-1830.

Between 1824 and 1826 Nathan Minard and George Noyes jointly owned the Minard & Noyes company. The company was officially dissolved in 1830. Minard and Elias Harvey, Jr. owned the Minard & Harvey company between 1827 and 1829, dissolving it in 1829. The account books of both of these operations have been bound together into a single volume. Minard lived in Salem, Connecticut. The majority of the sales, for both companies, were simply listed as Sundries, though occasionally a butcher knife, molasses, or tea is listed.
