Draft script for BBC radio documentary 'The Eileen Joyce story', 1960 [manuscript]. [1960]

Draft script of a BBC radio documentary, recorded in the BBC studios in London by the BBC Home Service in June 1960 and broadcast on 19 September 1960. It describes an interview with Eileen Joyce. Includes reminiscences by Eileen's mother Alice Joyce (recorded in Perth, WA), and words or music from Sir Malcolm Sargent, Joan Sutherland, Muir Mathieson, Edward Clarke (BBC broadcaster), Christopher Stone (record reviewer), A.G. Jefcoate, Laurence Turner (violinist, leader of the Halle Orchestra), Joan Young, Patricia Field, Wilfred Babbage and Allan Paul. This draft contains some annotations in pencil by Joyce, and differs in content to the final broadcast script.
