Anti-suffrage fan, circa 1915.

Round fan made of light pink card stock, on a wooden stick. Text reads: "There are 53,000 more women than men of voting age in Massachusetts. DO NOT place the government of this state under the control of an inexperienced feminine majority. VOTE NO on WOMAN SUFFRAGE, November 2, 1915." At the top are the names of the Women's Anti-Suffrage Association, its President, Mrs. John Balch, and its Secretary, Mrs. Charles P. Strong.
