Thomas Herbert Chapman (b. 1895, Muskegon, Mich.-d. June 1, 1969), U.S. Air Force officer, enlisted in the Quartermaster Corps Reserve in 1917, was assigned to active duty, and the following year he was commissioned a second lieutenant.
