Homer D. Crotty (March 15, 1899 - March 29, 1972) was an American lawyer based in Los Angeles, California. Born and raised in Oakland, California, by Daniel and Mary Frances Crotty, Homer was the older of two children. After graduating from Oakland's public school system, Homer received his B.A. (1920) and J.D. (1922) from the University of California and LL.M. from Harvard Law School (1923).
