Letter signed : Brussels, relative to a memorial of Baron d'Eselebecque, Governor of ravelines, presented to the Treasurer General of the King's finances, 1631 Feb. 4.

Showing that the revenue derived from a lock, by the government of Gravelines, far from being twelve to twenty thousand francs a year, amounts to little or nothing in time of peace, because of other charges upon it, etc. She gives a grant to the Governor and reserves the lock for his Majesty.
