Saying he thinks Fenwick will bring ms. to show Pierpont Morgan, who has bought the George Eliot manuscript of "Scenes of Clerical Life." Pierpont Morgan wished to reopen question of Huth engravings but Hodge wishes to sell by auction. Copy of letter from Belle Greene, asking him to buy in copies of Pierpont Morgan's catalogues and try to find out who sent them to sale. Asks further information on ms. stolen from St. Germain which Albert Bonneau says Q says is in PML.
