Thanking Vogri for his report in the journal Cigne on Rossi's Contessa di Mons, saying he disagrees that the protagonist's part was "di soverchio acuta" for Sigra. Vogri, speaking of the always splendid display of her stupendous voice, unerringly plucking off every difficult note in the opera, mentioning that the audience called for a bis of the duet in Act I, etc.
