Autograph letter signed, dated : London, 21 June 1841, to V[incenzo] Capecelatro in Paris, 1841 June 21.

Saying that at first he was a bit annoyed to receive his letter but that its gracious tone dispelled his bad humor, expressing pleasure at being reunited with Fanny [his wife], that he is sorry that Rubini is leaving, asking if Mario or some other tenor could fill the part in Capecelatro's opera, assuring him that Fanny will scrupulously perform her role in his operetta, etc.
