Saying that he will have heard from Simrock how horribly the concerts crowd one on top of the other in Vienna, asking if he will sing twice at the "Künstlerabend" concert [at the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde] on 20 March, saying that Brahms or Dessoff will accompany him, suggesting that he sing Löwe's "Heinrich der Vogler," urging him to sing songs that will make the greatest furore, since he is appearing in Vienna for the first time, discussing rehearsals, mentioning Bote & Bock, etc.
