Saying that inasmuch as the recipient plays that evening at Court and goes afterward to M. Schlesinger, Meyerbeer has little hope that the enclosed ticket [not present] for the masked ball of will lead the recipient to Meyerbeer's box, but saying that, if only for a few moments, everyone in the box will be happy to see him.
