Plans, deeds, blueprints, maps, sketches, telegrams and letters concerning properties being considered as suitable sites for the Law School in Saint John. Decision was made to remain in Saint John rather than to relocate to Fredericton. A Germain St. site was purchased, plans for renovations were drawn up and then relinquished in favour of the Frank Starr property on Coburg St. Also includes a biographical sketch and portrait of John Flood.
