Concerns the renovations to be made to Lord Beaverbrook home on Waterloo Row, including specifications, plans, acquisition and shipping of bathroom and kitchen furnishing, and interior decorating. The work was initially handled by J.H. Moore of Moore, Beattie and Associates. Subsequently, the project was undertaken by Neil M. Stewart and J.M. Wardell.
