This record series includes the minutes from the regular, annual and special meetings of the Board of Trustees. The minutes contain policy and procedural decisions as well as detailed reports on the seminary buildings, list of library holdings and value of books, information on departments, teachers, subjects, textbooks, and financial statements. There are also reports of the Agent to the Board dating from 1828-1877, audit reports of Hartwick Seminary, New York City 1929-1942 and miscellaneous reports and letters to the Board.
