Commission conferring upon Ramón Llorac a captaincy in the Regiment of Spanish Dragoons formerly held by Capt. Augustín Bebén; with appended statements (Mexico City, Feb. 18-20, 1771) on implementation and registration. Signatures include those of the King, Viceroy de Croix, and Mexico City accounting officials Agustín Francisco Guerrero y Tagle and Pedro Toral Valdés. Printed text with Ms. insertions and addenda, and wafer seal.
