Banker. Pinfang Hsia was in charge of the New York office of the Bank of China (1939-1944), and was in Ottawa (1944-1946), and in London (1946-1951). Caught between the Communist and Nationalist regimes, he was forced out of the bank in 1951. He later worked for Magnus, Maybee and Reynard in New York City.
