Pedro Espejo family papers, 1856-1898.

Mainly letters to Eduardo Espejo (1876-1878) from family in San Francisco; and a few written by him (1877) from San Bartolo, Sonora, Mexico; some letters to General Pedro Espejo (1865-1867) from the Mexican Ministry of War concerning appointment to military posts under Emperor Maximilian, and certificates of baptism and confirmation of some of their children. Also a daguerreotype, pictures of Espejo family, and books of devotion.
