Early 19th century agricultural manuscript, containing French translations of excerpts from various works by English author Arthur Young and other agricultural writers, as well as "observations agronomiques" of Dounous' for the years 1805-1807. Included are some illustrations of plowing equipment as well as a list of trees planted on Dounous' properties between 1800 and 1808.
