Nine broadsides either dated or with imprint information: Nature and Nancy printed by Mary Bowley; The marriage day printed by Coates; The dog and duck rig, The white cockade sold at no. 42, Long-lane in 1794 [i.e. John Evans] ; Moulin's Maria, Ned of Dover, Naval victories printed and sold by Joshua Davenport; the remaining 33 are anonymous. Twenty five broadsides mounted back-to-back on supporting paper.

Dibdin was an English dramatist, actor and songwriter. His son Charles Isaac Mungo Pitt wrote plays and pantomimes and was for some time proprietor and manager of Sadler's Wells Theatre. A younger son, Thomas John Pitt, also took the name Dibdin about 1800. Thomas composed some 2,000 songs in the style of the elder Dibdin; his most successful dramatic work was the pantomime of Mother Goose. From the description of Papers, 1776-1831. (Unknown).
