Item #1: Deed, 1666, by which Henry Jocelyn of Black Point, sells 1,500 acres of land located at Black Point (now Scarborough), formerly belonging to Thomas Cammock; also Shatton's Islands (Stratton Island) and 750 additional acres of land bordering upon the Cammock grant to Joshua Scottow, of Boston, Mass., merchant, for 484 pounds sterling. Item #2: Deed, 1672, by which Henry Jocelyn of Black Point, sells a certain tract of land to John Libby to hold in free and common soccage forever paying Jocelyn and his heirs and assigns three days work for every fifty acres.
