Records include correspondence and other files relating to the administration of and programs in the university's Communication Center and Department of Radio, Television, and Motion Pictures. There is considerable material pertaining to radio production at the university from the late 1940s through the 1960s, including 301 audiotapes, 407 transcription discs, and a large number of scripts. The departmental records also contain the records of the High School Institutes that were held each summer by the department and the Communication Center.
