Drafts, corrected galley proof and notes, chiefly in the handwriting of D.R. Sessions. Letters and copies of letters from Towne concerning various phases of railroad operations, including disapproval of Interstate Commerce Commission rulings. Dictations from Mrs. Towne and C.W. Smith and suggestions from Lionel A. Sheldon included.
