Statement of legacy from John Brown to Eliphal Vibber, niece, ordering her to pay annual sum for the maintenance of the school nearest to his dwelling, or fifteen pounds in full discharge, with notice at an annual meeting where it was voted to take $40.98 in full discharge of heirs of Eliphal Vibber, William Vibber, Nathaniel Vibber, and John B. Rogers, all of Montville, signed by Abel Smith, in presence of Allen B. Smith, Benjamin A. Smith, for Montville First School Society.
