Civil War diary of Hugh T. Carlisle, 1862 November 29 - 1873 May 22.

Spanning over ten years, the handwritten diary contains sporadic and brief accounts of the writers' activities in the military. Includes entry on the assasination of President Lincoln and the end of the diary contains a report on the Battle of Corinth, Oct. 3 and 4, 1862 by Colonel Thomas Morton.
