John Barker Stearns letter, 1946 Aug. 5.

Letter from John Barker Stearns to Ione E. Burden, director of social activities at Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, La. The letter is in response to Burden's request for information about a report on rules for student conduct assembled by a committee at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. Stearns replies that the report, which surveys rules for student conduct at Dartmouth from the colonial era until the present, is not yet available to the public but that he will answer any questions that she might have about it.
