John Keats was an English poet and literary critic. John Keats, English poet, was born in London, England, on 29 or 31 Oct. 1795. He died of tuberculosis in Italy on 23 Feb. 1821. In 1810, Keats was articled to a surgeon, T. Hammond, in Edmonton for five years. The contract was broken in 1814 or 1815. Grahame, Kenneth, 1859-1932

Kenneth Grahame worked for the Bank of England and wrote articles and stories for journals, mostly about children. Collections of stories appeared in The golden age, published in 1895, and in Dream days, published in 1898. His best known work was The wind in the willows, published in 1908.
