Petition, Jan. 21, 1819 : to the Hon[ora]ble Judge of Probate for the County of Rockingham.

Petition to the Probate Judge from citizens of the Town of Kingston regarding the guardianship of Moses Welsh and his family. Signed by town selectmen Morris Whittier, William Webster, and Moses Sanborn. Among the other signers is Levi Bartlett, the son of Josiah Bartlett, a signer of the Declaration of Independence and himself a judge in the Circuit Court.
