Papers II, 1775-1864.

Papers of several members of the Revere family of Boston, containing a few letters between Paul and his wife Rachel W. Revere (including one for 1778 describing the siege of Newport, R.I.), a receipt signed by Daniel Vose for payment by Revere for paper used in making money for Massachusetts Bay, and a few misc. letters to Paul and other family members. Papers of Paul's grandson John include letters written to his father, Joseph W. Revere; student papers from the 1930s; his journal kept in the bark Kasan on a voyage to Sweden (15 Apr. - 30 May 1843); and his letters home to his parents on the same trip from Konigsbergh, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, St. Petersburg, Paris, and London describing his travels and surroundings, particulary at Konigsbergh.
