An elaborate work on medicaments, constituting a pharmacopoeia and dispensatory. The author claims that the prescriptions are well tested by his father and himself in long practices. This manuscript contains only the five tashkhīṣāt and lacks the dustūrāt. On folio 1a is copied an introduction of a book by ibn Iskandar Zayn al-ʻĀbidīn-i Shirwānī in a different hand.
