The Jim Waltermire Administration subgroup (1912-1988) consists of legal files, subject files, minutes of the Board of Land Commissioners, subjects files, and the Election Bureau, including published copies of official election returns (1912-1976). The Mike Cooney Administration subgroup (1988-2000) consists of correspondence, reports, speeches, subject files, miscellany, minutes of the Board of Examiners and the Board of Land Commissioners. The Bob Brown Administration subgroup (2002-2003) consists of correspondence and subject files. The Chief Deputy's office subgroup (1889-2000) consists of correspondence of Doug Mitchell and Angela Fultz, minutes, reports, speeches, subject files, and miscellany. The Ethics Advisory Committee subgroup (1993-1994) includes minutes, bill drafts, etc. The Chief Legal Counsel subgroup (1995-1997) consists of correspondence of Garth Jacobson and Steven Bullock. The Management Correspondence subgroup (1991-1997) consists of files for various office staff, arranged by their computer file numbers. The Executive Work Files subgroup (1982-1995) consist of subject files. The Montana Youth Vote Program subgroup (1992-1994) consists of subject files.
