Jane Porter Middleton oral history interview, 1993.

In the interview, Middleton describes her family background, her early education and decision to attend LSU, her sorority rush experience, social life on campus, her favorite teachers and classes, and Helen Gordon, Dean of Women. Middleton recalls her role in building Chi Omega's house at LSU, and the role of women in the establishment of other sorority houses. She describes delays to the Chi Omega house's opening, furnishing the house, and her opinion of Greek organizations.
