[Letter, 1788? to] Sir / W. Jackson.

The letter concerns "articles to complete his dress as an Indian-chief in the federal procession" used by a Colonel Melcher for which payment is apparently due. Mr. Myers, a silversmith, had supplied such and now the apprentice to Mr. Myers is again inquiring about the payment. A note by a different hand indicates the procession is one from 1788.
