Morall meditations upon the mysteries of Jesus Christ. 1693.

A collection of meditations and prayers on the life of Jesus Crist, written by Reverend James Aird of Torryburn, Scotland between November 15 and 28, 1693. The text was apparently penned by Aird himself and presented to Lady Elizabeth Bruce, the Countess of Ailesbury and Elgin. The text includes a table of contents compiled by Aird, which shows that the meditations are organized chronologically by events in the life of Jesus. A good friend of Archbishop Leighton, Aird become the Episcopal minister at Torryburn in 1668.
