Thomas Mullet letter, 1862 July 16.

The letter, written to General Daniel Ruggles, reports military action at Red River Landing and Bayou Sarah, La. Mullet also comments on the possibility that certain members of Ruggles's staff are not in full agreement with the Confederate cause.
