Consists of 3 sheets of manuscript music, containing incipits to: Simphonia à 12 / Christoforo Gluck ; 6 trios (à cordes, op. IV), no. 1 from the 6 Klavier-Quintette, op. 46 [i.e. 56], and 24 nouveau quintetti, op. 37 [G. 358, 362, 364, 356, 369, 368] / Luigi Boccherini. Also contains 28 leaves of ms. with English translation of prefatory matter and chapters 1-2 or Silvestro Ganassi dal Fontego's treatise on viola da gamba playing, Regola Rubertina.
