Victor Blue papers, 1884-1919 [manuscript].

Orders, reports, correspondence, and other records of Blue of South Carolina, who served in the United States, Europe, the Caribbean, and the Far East as a U.S. Navy officer, 1887-1919, retiring as rear admiral. The collection includes reports and reminiscences of an expedition he made behind enemy lines into the interior of Cuba during the Spanish-American War; orders during the Boxer rebellion; and a manuscript article about Magdalena Bay, Baja California.
