This trust estate, an agency of Malcolm Hiram Reed, organized in 1923 to purchase 300,000 acres of land in Hockley and Lamb counties of Texas from the heirs of George W. Littlefield. The land was then resold in small plots to farmers. It is the successor of the Littlefield Lands Company.
