Norman Felton was a producer and director best known for his work in television. Born in London, he left school at the age of thirteen and worked odd jobs until his family emigrated to the United States. He earned a B.A. and Master's degrees from the University of Iowa, and worked various jobs; Felton became active in community theatre, and eventually landed a job as a director for NBC radio in Chicago. Charles Korvin was an actor, photographer and documentary filmmaker best known for his recurring role in the 1950s television series, Zorro. He was approached by Dr. Norman Bethune to document the Instituto Hispano-Canadienese de Transfusion de Sangre (a blood transfusion unit during the Spanish Civil War).
