A ride on horseback in the summer of 1910 [microfilm manuscript] 1910.

Account of a horseback journey over the Civil War battlefields of northern Virginia and Maryland, mixed with reminiscences of battles and campaigns in which McIntosh served as a Confederate artillery officer. Among the battles mentioned are those at Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Harper's Ferry, and Sharpsburg (Antietam).
